I guessed these were accounts using hacks, therefore I think BDR did not use hacks or illegal software

Well ok, I did explain my sight impairment but well they were nice about it. I try to be kind to all. I wish all a Happy New Year. I am sorry to hear of others issues. It is wrong to sell or let others use your game. Phishing etc. I have lost games but what can I do. I have written to a company that is similar to Supercell. I find it helps to be sincere and to give a compliment.
