  • Habits are great, but which one should you start right now? It's the one I recently picked back up again after a long time off. Why did I ever stop? Today I share five tips why you should start journaling today. Pick up your journal tinyurl.com/3s...
Journaling is a great way to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can also be a powerful tool for growing closer to God. When you journal, you are essentially having a conversation with God. You can write about your prayers, your doubts, your fears, and your hopes. You can also write about your experiences of God's presence in your life.
    Journaling can help you to:
Grow in your understanding of God's Word. When you write about your thoughts and feelings about Scripture, you are able to better understand what God is saying to you.
    Develop a closer relationship with
God. Journaling can help you to open up your heart to God and to share your deepest thoughts and feelings with him.
Identify areas where you need growth. As you journal, you may start to see patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. This can help you to identify areas where you need growth in your faith.
Find peace and healing. Journaling can be a great way to process difficult experiences and to find peace and healing.
If you are looking for a way to grow closer to God, I encourage you to start journaling. It is a simple but powerful way to connect with God and to grow in your faith.
Here are some tips for journaling with God:
Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted.
Start by simply writing down your thoughts and feelings.
Don't worry about grammar or spelling.
    Be honest with God.
Ask God to speak to you through your journaling.
Read back over your journal entries regularly.
Journaling with God can be a powerful way to grow closer to him.
I encourage you to give it a try!
