    Sometimes the end product as a result of a mistake turns out better than the intended result. It has definitely helped me with my perfectionism. You are correct when you say it is freeing. Way to give yourself some grace. 👏👏👏👏👏

    Brilliant, I never in a million years would have thought of cutting up pieces that were meant to be a box and using them as ephemera. I love to make Halloween journals, as a matter fact the first journal I ever made and sold was a Halloween journal complete with an upside down page in it, luckily it was only one page.

    Oh Ceri, you had me laughing when you said “you have to get over your fear of spiders when you live in Australia”. I’m 67 and I still hate our Aussie spiders. Ceri your masterboard is amazing hun. I knew you would get inspired. Can't wait to see the journal when you make it. Your cutting up labels etc. I used feel you couldn't do that at first. Now it inspires me cutting things up to make something new. I loved Tolkein too. I first read the Hobbit in Primary School. Thank you for talking about fast creating and relaxing and just doing. Not being critical of yourself. So many think too much. No accidents, only happy mistakes. You will so know that saying lol. Can't believe this collab is on Day 24. Loving all the makes. What a team. Can't remember, do you use art glitter glue to glue the pages to the scrapbook paper or a glue stick? Love it - Halloween is one of my favorites!!!!! My ancestor is John Proctor who was executed in Salem MA . Probably one of the reasons why I love it. So fun to visit New England in October! You have inspired me once again!! I have been a creative funk for over a year - you give me hope!

    • @CeriGriffiths
      @CeriGriffiths 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Susan I tend to use glue stick for thinner papers that are not glossy and Art Glitter glue for thicker pieces like card stock or anything which is slightly glossy. I also use art glitter glue if there are narrow pieces to glue as the tip of the glitter glue is fine and helps with gluing.

    Hello from across the pond.
    I love watching your channel, I especially love how you put together your masterboards.
    I was hoping you could tell me where you get the printed paper for the base work on your masterboards?

      Doodling is to me personally is freehand mark making with pens onto a background however I’m sure the term is wider than that, as I’m just starting my doodle journey I think it will be done time before I share my results.
