Is this some kind of photographer's convention, or is he just unable to figure out which is right and left when he references a direction to the context of the subject of the photograph? Or could he have reversed the video for some reason? (No, because that conflicts with something else he said.) Several times it bothered me. His English sounds like L1, so I don't think that's what's throwing him off, but maybe some photographers do it his way? (Though I've spoken with many of them over the years and can't recall another such case. A few uses of "my right" and such to avoid confusion.)
