Yes, for me that's more than enough and I think that's enough for most of the people, I also understand the reasons why has to be in that way, but that's not a honest ad since isn't endless

Yes but it’s the maximum your body can handle 2 coffee in the morning 2 at lunch and a last one before 17 o’clock or eventually a tea
