Our 9500 was a corn special. Had the 9600 motor in it from factory and extra metal components. With an 893 header it got light in the back. But with the bottom sieve wide open and the top open a kernel width the whole way...perfect sample and 4.5mph in 140bu corn. With a 2007 head it was a totally different combine than our steel snout head...no more trails of kernel.
looks like that thing does a really good job of seperation theres new combines that dont have a sample that clean and that combine isnt even a rotary machine either right?

Yeah, it does a nice job. Takes a lot of finessing to get right but once it’s set it does a good job. That’s correct, it’s a conventional combine
Gives me hope of one day becoming a farmer, proof you don't need brand new equipment to do a great job.
