After attacked by covid, I started waking up at 3 a. m. After waking up I used to chant om mantra for 1 hour. It did nt happened overnight, but after my several try. Then I used to do some simple yoga and at
6 a.m doing morning walk at the roof. Believe me, I recovered from my illness associated with covid.
I was successful to quit my smoking habit. It continued for around 9 months. I joined my office after getting quick recovery and through out the day I used to be happy and cheerful.
But I could nt continue it. Now again trying to wake up but becoming unsuccessful.

6.3:30 to 4:00 mobile.
7.4:00 to 6:30 school work .
8.6:30 to 7:45 TH-cam .
9.7:45 to 8:00 Have dinner .
10.8:00 to 8:10 Dip almonds and brush your teeth .
11.8:10 to 9:00 Reading books .
12.9:00 to 9:10 meditation .
13.9:10 to 9:30 Mobile .
14.9:30 to 10:30 reading or English
speaking or listening or writing. 15.10:30 to 10:40 night questions light off.

I was very lazy to wake up early in the morning from last 10 years but now my wake time is 4 am . I'm not sure, but I think we should not set any alarm to wake up. Our body will wake up automatically when it gets full sleep. Why should we break it and force to wake up at certain time by alarm? Anyways healthy body will not take more than 8 hours of sleep!
If you want to wake up at 6 a.m. go sleep at 10 a.m.!! It's that simple.
