Window Shopping: All About Cliff May
Take a virtual stroll with us where we talk about the homes in the Cliff May Ranchos neighborhood of Long Beach. I previously owned a Cliff May home and they've always held a soft spot as not only my first home, but also a master-class in packaging, efficiency, and design refinement. This one has been enlarged and the results are mostly positive. It's also been remodeled and is ready-to-live.

We've helped a ton of folks buy their first Cliff May home. The good news, between Long Beach, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Fullerton, and Garden Grove there are over 800 of them.

I was currently looking to purchase a home in Long Beach and I came across these Cliff May homes and now there is no going back for me 😄. My only concern is I’m not sure if my budget is in the Cliff May range . But maybe it is I’m not sure. Your input is appreciated 🙏🏼🏡
@@yc5141 A couple of things that might help:
1. Even in the Long Beach Ranchos neighborhood -- there is a very big disparity in prices between remodeled homes and those that need work. If you're willing to take on a fixer, it's an easier way in.
2. The Long Beach neighborhood is second only to the ones in Costa Mesa for high prices. The Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Tustin Cliff May homes are all less expensive (and in my opinion, better long-term investments)
3. Throughout LA and OC there are a lot of Cliff May-like homes. In Anaheim there are homes built by the same developer as the LB Cliff Mays and the architect started his career as a draftsman with Cliff May and his partner. There are also Palmer and Krisel homes all around SoCal. These are all more attainable than the LB Ranchos.
