What’s so impressive and mind blowing is how Coach Prime absolutely is on top of EVERYTHING and every time he speaks it’s totally on point and well thought out. He doesn’t just wing it or just all football. He says things that honestly make people watching think about themselves and if they can do better…at least he does that to me. It doesn’t matter that I don’t know what any other coach in America is like…they aren’t like this. I’m not just talking about this one thing or a number of things he does as a coach that I’m sure all coaches do….but there is no way…no way that any other coach is like this. I love the fact that other big schools didn’t want him or ever take him seriously. Colorado thought they were getting a coach that would get recruits and get the school a lot of attention. They had no idea the package he has brought.
Whatever we thought we would get for the money, we undersold ourselves on the idea of what we would get, and he has over delivered. Love the man, love what he does, what he stands for, the excellence in EVERYTHING that he demands from everyone associated in any way with the program.

Agreed. When you clearly state your expectations and follow through with the consequences of not meeting those expectations, nobody can say “I didn’t know”. People - regardless of athletic ability - will live up to, or down to your expectations. Expect better. Demand it.

its amazing how with age comes better maturity to any job. I enjoy Prime Time as an analyst for NFL games. I remember when he was "BadBoy" Prime Time in the 90's but backed it up on the field. I like this as it has shown how a man can change and he has always been a natural born leader - locker room in MLB and NFL. He always came to play and play hard. Now as a coach, he has his plan and follows it. As you can see he demonstrates that he is ALPHA and if you don't like it there is the door. However, he is not a prick about it. If you work hard for him and you have a problem talk to him. He will be there for you. His last coaching gig was solid and he did that for his players. I like the fact he is changing minds and doing it the right way. Hard work and leading by example. He always was and is a smart athlete and he is now showing it as a coach. If Coach Sanders turns around Colorado the way I think he does, I wouldn't be surprised if he is offered a NFL gig sooner as opposed to later. Coach Prime is a walking enigma! Great Hall of Fame Players cannot and have not shown that they can coach. He coaches his players before he coaches the game. He has patience, empathy, and genuine car for his players. He will change the culture of coaching at the collegiate level. If only he could do a tour of all of the hoods. These young men know they are in a fortunate position. Having Sanders as a coach and mentor, and playing collegiate football. Yes, Sanders has always had a big mouth, great at self-promotion and getting paid, but what he has done and instilled, and lifted some of these young men up, speaks volumes of the man he is.
Young men need to know to be very afraid of women in the work place. No quicker way to destroy your career. I’d ban closed door meetings unless you had two witnesses. I’d have audio and video surveillance and I’d limit contact. I would send a very clear message that women could possibly end you.

If Coach Sanders turns around Colorado the way I think he does, I wouldn't be surprised if he is offered a NFL gig sooner as opposed to later. I also hope that he is truly the door kicker to opening up more head coaching jobs for Black coaches in the NCAA football. right now it's just 11 percent but I am hoping that within 5 years that could be around 15-20 percent. Lead on Coach......Lead on.
Coach Prime is a walking enigma! Great Hall of Fame Players cannot and have not shown that they can coach. He coaches his players before he coaches the game. He has patience, empathy, and genuine car for his players. He will change the culture of coaching at the collegiate level. His confidence level is off the charts, but he is PrimeTime, you all already know 🏈

Blessings 🙏🏾❤🙏🏾 Bottom-line, Coach Prime is teaching our young men responsibility. From high school our young men are after the girls, but they do not understand responsibility. People often speak to the young ladies about responsibilities, the young men are encouraged to be macho etc. It gets deeper than that, but a brief description. The education these guys are getting is what missing in many households. Blessing.

These young men know they are in a fortunate position. Having Sanders as a coach and mentor, and playing collegiate football. Yes, Sanders has always had a big mouth, great at self-promotion and getting paid, but what he has done and instilled, and lifted some of these young men up, speaks volumes of the man he is.

These girls are working around guys who are very different from regular guys in society. Hopefully all goes well.
Young men need to know to be very afraid of women in the work place. No quicker way to destroy your career. I’d ban closed door meetings unless you had two witnesses. I’d have audio and video surveillance and I’d limit contact. I would send a very clear message that women could possibly end you.
