This Twilight Garden is to me one of the finest Cure songs. It was only ever released as a B-side and the fact that it is less widely known than many other Cure songs makes it that bit more special.

Great comment! THIS was the reason I created this video from footage as it was a very very rare occasion they played the song live and luckily I got to experience it. It was absolutely amazing.

A Foolish Arrangement is SOOOO good too. Wish had the best b-sides - it would have been an even more amazing album with any 3 of those bsides replacing Wendy Time (in my opinion, of course!). Let's hope the remaster eventually gets released!

Amazing! Listening to this today makes me feel like I'm being teleported directly back into my life 25 plus years ago. It feels as though time has stood still. Robert's voice sounds ageless and I'm covered in chill bumps. It also doesn't matter if I've heard this 1000+ times or if it's a version that's slightly different than the studio recording........it's as though I'm hearing it for the first time. 💗💗💗 How do you thank a band (all the members, past and present but especially Robert) for something as intangible as the pleasure they've given you? Or for the meaning they've added to your life? It almost sounds overly dramatic but unless you've experienced this yourself, you would not understand. :-)

Lizzy I feel the same as you. For virtually my whole life I have listened to The Cure. They have been a constant soundtrack to my life. I can remember so many life events so clearly when I hear their songs. There isn’t a band quite like them.

I feel the same...been watching old and new videos a lot on here. So thankful for TH-cam. I remember bidding for Cure vinyl on eBay when it first started and I really got my vinyl collection going. Thankfully, I dated a guy who worked at a record store at the time...got a shit-ton of vinyl and older fan was willing to part with them. I have records I never thought I would have. I get chills listening to this. I met a friend at the mall who took a chance to talk to me bc I had a Cure shirt on. She opened up my ears to so much music I would have never heard of. Crazy to think of how static and solitary this year has been and if I were in my teens during this time, I may never have been exposed to the bands I had been, because of her. Thank you Danielle Rossi, RIP.🖤

I adore this song. I love all of The Cures music but this song really touches me at my core. I miss someone I never got to say goodbye that I really cared about..and we knew each other inside out. No one can take our bond or memories away but it hurts not to have been able to know our last conversation was it. We both crossed wires with timing. 😢 💔 But he gives me signs daily. 😊 So I have some finally made some peace with that after time of great grief.
