I think what Jason and Andrew are doing is touching people who are in sort of shit jobs, and all of the stuff those people in shit jobs would like to say to the boss is what the Sleaford Mods are saying for them. It’s very strange, because I thought it’s only going to work in England, because of the subject matter, but it doesn’t, it’s global. It’s just sort of blown me away.

My mate from work told me to check them out for a laugh, this group are very strange.
I don't understand the other guy he just stands there looking creepy after setting up the computer with the music on, then the singer (not sure if you can call it singing) shouts at the crowd.

I heard this first on rock radio here in Italy and thought it was a punk band, and I thought also it was brilliant to do a punk anthem without guitars! The name of the band was not announced so i googled 'no one's bothered' to finally discover Sleaford Mods! I think it's the first time in 10 years that a song catches my attention at this level
