I mean, that may be true, but later versions of flash had a built-in killswitch past a certain point. So even if you had one of those later versions, it'd be unusable. So apart from an earlier version, prior to the addition of the killswitch, the only possible options for viewing flash content in browser are extensions like NG Player or Ruffle (Which currently only supports ActionScript 1 & 2 content).
