What I like about this version is that it focuses a lot more on the leads and their developing relationship. The other versions that I've seen tend to spend an inordinate time arguing about the FL's status and bullying by the villains. Here the FL comes across as more sensible and the schemes are better executed. Overall it's a triumph in common sense and a very sweet love story.
I really love the role of his mother...great job Mrs xie...villain but not annoying,it garner amusement and love by the viewers... please make more like this elder role..

The FL has great character development after she was reborn; she became smarter. Not that it matters, because the villains were dumb. 😂 But still, it was refreshing to see a redemption arc for a reborn character. The CP's lovestory was also nicely explored. I enjoyed the MIL's opposition to their marriage. It was very logical.😂 Anyhow, it was properly resolved at the end without too much drama and hysterics. 😂 Overall, one of the better produced mini C-Dramas. It was a satisying watch.

The scumbag ex in this is the cute, pure, and capable assistant in a few other dramas I've got saved so even when he was being a jerk I was still smiling every time I saw him. I hope I can see him in a ML role too soon. ❤

The CP are eye candy and has good chemistry ( at least I find so). Unfortunately, like their previous collaboration about the false Jiang Heiress.. the skinship is minimal... there were so many interrupted kisses by themselves and grandfather, mother and pregnancy that I was seriously annoyed😅 Apart from that grandfather was lovely.. in the first scene I really felt bad for his past life when his son and DIL had already perished and granddaughter was foolishly involved with a scumbag... what a lonely and burdensome life😢 ML's assistant was funny and smart and I felt bad for the scumbag Ex. I have mostly seen him as ML's assistant and he is usually hilarious in his roles... Final comment Recommended
Li Boyan is an absolutely stunning and handsome Ml and paired well with the beautiful and talented Fl. I love both of their work. I liked that after the Fl's rebirth, she had the chance to change her fate, dump her deceitful ex and marry a man who loved, supported and respected her. A very good drama with good storylines, good acting and flashback explanations of past events with a perfect ending. Ww.
