    CLEAN GAS OUTLET DUCT WITH HIGH DUST CONCENTRATION DEVICE (OPACITY METER) TO IDENTIFY THE LEAKAGE IN BAGS AND DUST EMISSION (AS PER ENVIRONMENTAL NORMS).
    RAW GAS ENTERS THROUGH THE INLET DUCT OF BAG FILTER CHAMBER AND PASSES THROUGH THE BAGS AND CLEANED GAS FINALLY WENT OUT FROM OUTLET DUCT TO THE SYSTEM.
    HERE BAGS ARE DESIGNED SO THAT DUST CAN NOT PASS THROUGH THE BAGS, BUT GAS CAN PASS THE BAGS.
    DURING RUNNING PROCESS, DUST GET STICKED OUTSIDE THE BAGS AND
    DURING PULSING DUST GETS LOOSENED FROM THE BAGS AND FELL DOWN INTO HOPPER BOTTOM CONE. FROM THERE DUST TRANSPORTED THROUGH CHAIN CONVEYOR AND FINALLY SENT TO SINTER PLANT FOR MIXING WITH IRON FINES TO MAKE SINTER.
    IN THIS TYPE OF BAG FILTER, RAW OR WASTE GAS CAME THROUGH THE INLET DUCT. IT ENTERS INTO THE HOPPER, MOVING UPWARDS TOWARDS BAG FILTER. DUST OR COAL CARRYING AIR OR WASTE GAS PENETRATE THROUGH THE PORES OF BAGS BUT COAL OR DUST PARTICLES CAN NOT PASSES THROUGH AND STICKED TO THE OUTER PART OF BAGS.
    CLEAN AIR OR GAS REACH TO THE CLEAN GAS CHAMBER. TUBE SHEET IS A PARTITION BETWEEN RAW INLET GAS AND OUTLET CLEAN GAS. DEFLECTOR PLATE PROTECT BAGS FROM KINETIC MOVEMENT OF THE INCOMING RAW GAS
    DURING PULSING, COAL OR DUST PARTICLES BLOWN AND SETTLED IN THE HOPPER BOTTOM PART AND FROM THERE, COAL OR DUST DISCHARGED.
    CLEAN GAS CAME INTO THE CLEAN GAS CHAMBER AND THROUGH OUTLET CLEAN GAS DUCT , IT MOVES TOWARDS CHIMNEY OR STACK BY THE ACTION OF INDUCED DRAFT FAN (I D FAN).
