I had heard the story about Summerslam, about Hawk buzzing real good. Not that they changed the order of matches as a result but yes Hawk was high. Animal tells the story that when they came out in the Harleys that Hawk parker his bike so close to Animal that, Animal had to get off the opposite side and his leg stuck to the Harley's muffler which caused his tights to stick to his calf. After the match I think Animal said he had to cut his tights off to get it off his leg because it was burnt that bad.
The fans loved the Road Warriors. There is a reason there was this term called "the Road Warrior Pop" and that is because the crowd went nuts anytime the Road Warriors came out from behind the curtin. But they wrestled like heels, they looked and acted like heels. The best tag team ever!
this show is like the british kid and stve richards but better
the famous tag title change that has never been seen ....there must be a least picture or something ...but there is nothing

I would say so especially in the 80s but hawks demons started to affect him professionally whereas most of the other guys work wasn’t affected by there drug and alcohol abuse some could manage some couldn’t Scott halls alcohol abuse caught up to him at the end of his career also
Love the Road Warriors myself but Hawk's issues with drugs was real bad that it effected his work in the ring. He could drop guys on their heads or didn't want to do certain things. But it effected the Road Warriors abilities to work with people and other companies because he was very temperamental.
@@donovanbradford8231 it’s a real shame to because animal had a lot left in the tank but who’s animal without hawk u can’t b a tag team that long and then try and make him a singles star unless maybe if they had tried giving him a new gimmick with costume so the average fan didn’t know it was animal but they didn’t do that they tried to make road warrior animal lone wolf and that dog didn’t hunt

I was a fan of Ted D. But why isnt he talking about his stealing federal money scheme or money laundering charges. You shouldn’t tell others dark secrets if you won’t admit to your own!
Ted was never charged with anything. His son was.
He mentioned his sons legal issues a few weeks ago. And said he hasnt done anything wrong. As far as his son. Who knows
Because the question was about Hawk and the road warriors. Plus, it’s been talked about several times that the match didn’t almost happen because Hawk showed up totally doped up.
Ted Dibiase jr is the one in trouble. Ted himself didn't do anything wrong as far as we know at the moment. So he's innocent of the crime. Sharing a name with your father doesn't make your father guilty of your crimes.
Because he's guilty as sin and they'd use anything he says as a confession
