Ignatz and Bernie, an unexplored pairing that I think would be really cute. Hubert can’t stop thinking about Dorothea. He must be cursed. 😉 Scarlet Blaze was my first route, and it was neat seeing Edelgard’s true personality. Deep down, she’s a dork and I love it.
@@NintenCity personally, I've liked the Bernie pairings with Hubert or Caspar. But I can accept seeing something new! "Edelgard's confidant who pines after her, and also makes a great pairing with Ferdinand or Petra" describes both Hubert and Dorothea, and yet they have like negative chemistry with each other. Ah well, I choose to believe the two Queens of Brigid hit up the Twin Jewels if they need to conceive a child. She always has been deep down, and that's what drew me to her! But even then, I wasn't prepared for her Hopes support with Linhardt!

Good point! My reasoning was that Lorenz and Dorothea don’t have a support, so I assumed Dorothea wouldn’t give him the time of day. But you’re right, it’s more likely he wouldn’t bother with her if given the choice. At the end of the day, I think it’s a mutual disinterest, something that I didn’t convey in this skit. Apologies!

I meant to subvert the expectation that I was defending Lorenz's character. The punchline "She's not even a noble" was meant to poke fun at his elitist views. And I believe they do have a support. Lorenz says hi to her, compliments her and just walks away, which upsets Dorothea.
