For Singaporean, when creating account it asked for NRIC number but during verification it asks to scan passport. I tried to scan NRIC it says not valid. Am I doing it correctly?

Hi @reginapoh4325, there are currently 10 countries available on GOremit. They are:
Five Southeast Asia countries: Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam
Other countries include Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka
However, where you can transfer to is based on the following:
If you are Malaysian or employment pass holder (expatriate), you are allowed to send to any of the countries listed. However,
If you are on a Visitor’s Pass - or Temporary Employment (blue-collar migrant worker), you are only allowed to send money to your home country.

I am not a expatriate , visitor ,on blue color employment , and also I do not have any Malaysia address or Malaysia IC .
I am doing a home based job , and the home based job paid me in Malaysia ringgit from Malaysia to Singapore account.

Hai @muhammadvino , anda boleh menggantikan kad visa melalui papan pemuka kad pada aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet, tertakluk pada yuran dan caj jika berkenaan.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa sebaik sahaja anda meminta penggantian kad, kad semasa anda akan dinyahaktifkan dan anda tidak akan dapat menggunakannya untuk pembayaran
Better jangan link pakai card. I punya kena hack. Tak subscript pun, dibilang subscript dari april 2023.
