I looking back I think denoshe was originally suppose to make the band. Diddy always put Aubrey and Denoshe in the same group the way he put aundrea and dawn in the same group. He knew from the beginning who he was choosing. Aundrea Aubrey Shannon and dawn were going to make the band. Drea and Aubrey were fan favorites and both talented in their own ways. Shannon was brought in this season from fame with Johnny and the best dancer. Dawn was bought out of a contract so she was making it. Denosh was likely diddy first pick instead of d woods because of her industry experience. But didn’t pick her because every time he put her in a group with Aubrey they couldn’t get along. He was already picking Aubrey so he passed on denosh Dawn and aundrea were always in the same group too but they got along and blended vocally together well. They were the best singers in the group and were the core for dks sound. Had denosh have gotten along with Aubrey she would have made it
I think they put Denosh in the same group with Aubrey more because they're both strong-headed personalities and were likely to butt heads. After seeing how well people liked that Aubrey stood up for herself against Jason, they wanted to put her with someone that was going to challenge and provoke her. Drama = ratings. They might've just gotten lucky with the first grouping during the singing challenge, but after that first argument the producers knew to put them together
