Because 98 percent ficidudial limit means we need 2 percent level of significance but the table has 1,5 and 10 percent.We know that value at alpha level of significance for single tail is equal to value of 2alpha level of significance for two tail.

Sir question 2 ka answer 9.03 hai oo galt hai eska answer 1.97 hoga. Please remarks
sir same i have calculated with the calculator i got 1.97 instead of 9.03 in the second question
