They don’t wants to talk about with the freak, so everybody has these parties not just puff he just getting caught but that behavior was anybody old and if you’re young, I advise you not to be hanging around older people because they live a lifestyle that you’re not accustomed to These kids be so ready to be in a celebrity and you stepping into a world where people have already got behaviors from people from the 50s till now and you round these people without your parent and you’re going off at 1415 16,17 years old and you around behaviors that you don’t understand and you want to be a celebrity so bad that you agree to it would she not be doing this if the pandemic happened and now no one has no money now everybody’s drawing straws to put blame and get money so they can take care of their self now I’m just saying it’s crazy you wait all these years to prosecute

Seeking criminal justice was not a viable option for her because the burden of proof is greater in criminal court. Due to the time lapse, there would be no physical evidence for her to produce to meet that burden of proof. The burden of proof required for a lawsuit is lesser which is why she chose that path. Fun fact: Only about 6% of rapists ever spend a day in jail. Understand that the odds of a reported rape even going to trial is low, even lower when the accused has power and influence. It is the very reason that so many choose not to go to the police. The criminal justice system for rape victims is not built to operate in their favour. Of course, the laws were written by men. I’m not sure why so many (especially men) choose to be obtuse about this fact. It’s like when white people believe that the criminal justice system is fair for “everyone” when we all know that the black experience in the criminal justice system is far different to those who are white and even more different for those who are poor.

@@amandabrown5555 ....But Cassie herself destroyed your own argument because she eventually did leave and unlike R. Kelly, it's not because Diddy got locked up or was under criminal investigation. The irrefutable fact of the matter is that the rumors of Diddy being a monster were actually prevalent even BEFORE Cassie began dating him, so it's exceptionally hard for me to believe Diddy was an absolute gentleman in the beginning and he somehow morphed into this monster over time. Like most women in similar circumstances, they WILLFULLY choose to put up with shenanigans because they believe the benefits outweigh everything else.
As another matter of fact, I think she even began dating, married and had kids with the personal trainer that Diddy got her which is pretty darn bold 😂.
Do I think Diddy needs to be locked up? Absolutely, but a lot of allegations she made against him sounds like she was a reluctant but willing participant. You shouldn't be paid millions of dollars for regret. I do hope she heals from whatever trauma she did actually incur tho.

The life style? This man blew up a man’s car for seeing Cassie. He had power and influence and had cops on his payroll. The ignorance to say she stayed out of the lifestyle lol. If it’s hard for abused women to leave broke men. Cmon y’all enough with the narrow minded thinking. This isn’t no little strangling and back hand slap, these are severe abuse allegations and he also has plenty of other horrible allegations. Enough with the bull that she stayed due to money. Girl was ready to settle down and had kids the minute she left him AND married

I agree with what the hosts said but it makes me question at what point do these celebrities hold other celebrities accountable.
They have had Charlagmagne on their podcast and he is an individual who has an allegation against him from a woman who has bravely spoken about what she alledges he did to her when she was 15. Charlagmagne has even laughed and joked on air about putting Spanish fly in women's drinks, which is what that young women alledges he did to her. Yet people sit there and laugh and joke with him. In my opinion this is why people like P Diddy are able to continue their disgusting behaviour for so long. Because people in the industry continue working with them and turn a blind eye to what im sure a lot are aware is going on.

Yes, how do you separate the artist from the art? "What's the 411 cd Remix" by Mary J Blige. I love Teyana Taylor's " Closer to God". Both are amazing works of art, to me. Do I stop listening to these songs because of P Diddy? It's the same with R. Kelly, and Bill Cosby, both brilliant in their art.

It's painful to see these brothers doing all the things the 2 Ohio State brothers said were done to them that devastated their lives. Cassie's suit was written by a lawyer - that's what they do. The only thing I don’t like about this case, is we never hear his account of what happened? Frankly, any woman can bring up a claim from back in the day on any guy including these gentlemen having the conversation. There’s a woman who can claim she didn’t want sex or that she had buyers remorse after the incident, and now she should be paid compensation. The line of victim and volunteer is very murky in these cases.

Unless you can truly open your mind to understanding survivors of any form of abuse especially women who experience SA, you don’t get to decide whether or not there should be a limitation of statue.
Some men are too stupid to understand that there is NO STATUE OF LIMITATION of certain crimes, especially those committed against minors and unaliving someone.
This should be inclusive whether you have a personal investment or not, ALL VICTIMS OF SA SHOULD BE BELIEVED AND SUPPORTED REGARDLESS OF WHEN THEY CHOOSE TO COME FORWARD!
STFU unless you are willing to do research, empathize and understand why many survivors remain silent instead of initially speaking out.
