I'm gonna be honest the perses lineup was never my favorite of your catalogue but this one looks the best by far and is one i really like. The detailing on the hull is very well done, like the megalodon although not as crazy given the size difference. I think the off center control tower and general layout will make this the best of the three as well and i love the angled drive thrusters. Keep up the great work! You almost inspire me to get building again as well but i kinda overdid it last year playing over 250 hours of EGS in only 2 months, so the subsequent burnout has once again demotivated me from building haha.
from a practical point of view i would put production on second floot like you said, so it would be sort of in the center of the ship, less running around
Carrier with lot of optiopns sound nice. Will drones also be part of it? Yeah i'm pushy, but there are really no good drone-carriers out there and iirc LyfeForse mentioned drones do decent in RE2.
Try putting the long-range radar above the back hangar door just under the flight deck. You probably need to extend the flight deck 4 blocks to get it to fit.
dont forget you have more blocks to consider in RE2 they are another con the unioversal con the plasma turbaines and shild booster they are all gigantic maybe use the big gun space for thos big components the front smal guns ok for the estetic or min ig drils but the big guns are in my opinon unnessery xD
