Great display this year! I love all those rotting pumpkins...amazing how far they've come with pumpkin options finally! I love that Possessed Penny prop...also the kid with the mask thats $100....great price and it's absolutely frightening! Love those big cross tombstones. You're right though, they could always have more smaller props...I love them to really flesh out a haunt (muah-ha-ha) xx
I bought the boogeyman one yesterday! He is so tall and amazing! It’s gonna scare the crap out of trick or treaters. I also got the mini walking chucky.
That first one is called “The Boogeyman”. That thing at the 7:02 mark looks like somebody just through together a bunch of spare parts at the creature shop and said “Hey, we can sell this!”
Thanks for the walkthrough - even with our bad exchange rate, it looks like the cheapest 5 ft. skeleton Home Depot Canada is selling is $51 US ($69 CDN) I will have to go to the store in person and see if they have more reasonable options. Or drive 8 hours to the nearest US Home Depot. Cheers!

Hello! I am a halloween lover from Sweden. My dream is to open a museum with halloween costumes and props but my father says that Sweden is too small for that kind of project.
I used to store all my tombstones in the attic, but it became too crowded. So I started putting them in contractor trash bags and storing them around the corner of my house out of sight until Halloween rolls around. I can store about 6 to a bag, depending on the size of each stone.
Unfortunately for us here in Houston we rarely ever see such a large display at a Home Depot. Here, they hold over the summer merchandise display for an extra month and don't usually setup Halloween until mid-September and by that time a lot of the items have already been sold out from the stores fulfilling on-line orders.
I have noticed that more merch is in stores and they are NOT showing as available online, even for in store pick up . They are trying to satisfy in store shoppers this time around. So if there is something you want, actually go TO your local store. You might be lucky. Like you, I don't do cute or friendly Halloween decor, lol. All out scary for me !!! So yes, HD needs to step up their inflatables and scene decor. I was very disapointed in the lighting and tombstone selections. I cannot find a fire and ice light anywhere. 😢 As always, thank you for the walk through. Awesome as usual.

Awesome video. Love your store walk-throughs. Lowes has awesome inflatables but pricey. Home Depot has much better prices and animatronics. It's hard to find a store that has both. Those dog skeletons that are the size of a large dog aren't worth it! We got one a few years ago because the kiddo liked it. It doesn't stand or sit right when you try to position it. The sounds are crazy loud and annoying to have on even on Halloween night.
The Gravedigger...I didn't think his voice matched how he looked. I think it should have been more frail and scary. His voice was too close to the Reaper of Souls. The Predator of Night was freaking cool !!!!!! How big is his wing span ? Like 8 feet or more ? He's awesome !!
I remember the first animatronic I saw. I thought it was a static prop and I jumped when it started moving. They have come a long way!

I'd say in terms of detail and realism Home Depot wins, but in terms of jumpscares Spirit takes it.

Most store here in Minneapolis have pulled the Halloween almost completely out. We are lucky to get one animatronic and a bay of decor. 😢

It takes a long time to create a good display. And you want it done by early Halloween season.
