Damn I need some of Jungkook’s stamina transferred in me tbh. After a hectic hours long concert, he goes right into boxing which is intense workout and does other exercises. He still has the momentum and energy from the concert, so he wants to keep that going and use it for his workouts. No wonder he always has explosive energy and never ending stamina on stage.
