Hi friends I am 2nd year medical student at ESIC medical College Bangalore.

Bhai esic me ek name me mistake hai caste ki MOURYA hai registered esic me aadhar me MAURYA update ke liye online daala hai kuch din me ho jayega affidavit lgke koi pareshani toh nhi ayege mil jayega admission ? Aur affidavit whi se banana padega ?
If you saw them your application for change the name spell then they will agree and allow you to take addmission.
And affidavit Bangalore mai hi banwana hai

It all depends on that, When will the application form for IP ward certificate opens because your IP should be completed 1 year before that

Release of Application form for IP ward certificate depends on the neet result ,so it's not a fix schedule that they will release in September only

When the application form for IP ward certificate will open then you need to apply for it. ( Doc. required - neet application form, aadhar card of you and your parents, father's IP card, attendance of 1 year, wage slips of 3 months)
Then during all India counseling you have to select IP quota and complete choice filling.

You can't take seat through IP quota when your age is above 21.
But you can get seat through all India quota and state quota in Esic colleges at any age
