Some parts of the song don't make sense, so here is clarification. When the song says " It's just me myself and I, " it is talking about the three characters throughout the song. During the song they are *actually* convincing t*themselves* not to jump, by reflecting on the reasons not to. Hence the song name, My R, My Reflection. Finally, I already said this, but My R means My Reflection.
