Awesome video, thanks! Could I ask.... how do you work annual leave? I want to start as a VA, but now thinking I need to wait until after we've been on our Summer hols. How do you work it if you need to take time off? Obviously if you were going to be away for months you would have to terminate the contract/pass the contract on to someone else, but what's the procedure for just a couple of weeks for summer hols/christmas? Thanks
