you need to above level of floffy which is you should be at lvl 3800 and get the diverse sphere

you need to kill doflamingo using atk bro

@@FollowMe-e8f equip atk while doing the quest and start again if your low level then that's the problem since you must be lvl 3800+ to do this quest

do you do exactly what the tutorial does at 1:49 - 3:19 ? since at first you need to kill floffy using atk and have the diverse sphere ang talk to the dead tundra npc and lit up the fire at fiore and then go

@@WalterKing-kf8xq well you can only get hd tail through fins or a lot of carrots, gun powerder, fresh fish, corals, or aqua gems but most likely you can get this materials on the material trader on the new island in the 3rd which he finna be selling materials for gems or money and every materials change every hour so yeah
this doesnt help me when i kill flamingo it doesnt drop anything
