You are the first person I've come across that understands what is like to really not have a lot of time, to work for a big firm. The advice that other people give isn't feasible for people like us. For me, I don't respect the time blocks I set for myself, I ignore them all the time because I panic and tell myself I can't do what is in that time block because I have to finish what I'm working on at the moment. I also have been operating in reactionary mode for over 2 years and don't even plan my days anymore - and when I try, it causes a lot of anxiety and I don't even know where to begin because EVERYTHING is now urgent and important. How do I change this for real this time??
