losing might be better than winning in league, but nothing is better than watching a new video from Meest LoL

Toplaner myself, not mundo though. But I'd suggest taking last breath and probably revitalize (runes) + doran shield start, this combined with ur passive should make it so that even in bad trades you heal up much more then the opponent and it should make for a fairly decent laning phase.
If I play into mundo i always try to force a situation where he spends every Q towards farming and I can just breeze though lane. So maybe instead of trying to stay back to preserve health, go for an aggressive but short trade with Q+E and heal back the health u lost on that with the combination of runes above. This would make it so you can actually dictate how the lane goes instead of having to stick back all the time.

@@ameanoacid6176 I appreciate the suggestions! I definitely do go for sneaky short trades and win lane when doing that well sometimes, my positioning can be inconsistent though. My last video does a good job of showcasing good trading from me with my end of video examples, definitely check that out!

No it's not. Losing is good when the teams are fairly even (and you can be the only better or weaker player). Not when you are in losersqueue, every lane except yours is losing hard by 15 and the game is pretty much over in the lobby.
You learn nothing from playing such match, just as you learn nothing when playing in WinnersQueue. The proper naming should be EOMM Queue (Engagement based match making).
Even Games - MMR Queue (legitimate fun)
Scale-tipped games - EOMM Queue (unfun)
EOMM Queues can be for variety of reasons, autofill, riot system looking for players with similar engagement value to yours (either better engagement in loses/loss streaks or wins/winstreaks), to put in your team. After playing such game, you are tilted most likely or bored, rewatching the replay gives no valid feedback, since its more likely, "losersq" - ohh i needd to play better champ (prolly something 1v9 like riven), 1 mistake = i lose. "winnersq" - bruh it doesnt matter what champ i play its so easy to win.
MMR Queue is what happens when you don't have better engagement in either (or whitelisted riot account), games are balanced and you are either better than current players or not (in such queue, mentality is not a factor since you are probably chill, since sh!t like losersq didnt ruin it, affecting ur performance). From loses in MMR Queue you legitimately learn and you aren't really tilted from losing, you can rewatch and understand the mistakes u made that eaffected the outcome of the game.
If you play in MMR queue the whole day, you are happy and learn. If something like MMR Queue, EOMM Queue (would more often happen on losers side) and back to MMR queue, you can not pretty much play consistently anymore since your mentality was affected by all that players being part of EOMM queue, playing below ur skill level so underperforming and losing "even games", which technically is ur fault for losing the mmr queue games and what ppl would say, but the eomm queue for 1 match is not accounted in for when considering the performance (as again, it affects mentality, mood etc) and it should be riot fault for altering ur mind on purpose, as not everyone can control their emotions super hard and then the highest ranks are reserved for those mentally strong.
Example account ranks of mine (i dont grind to apex cuz no time irl):
    Emerald 1 54LP (winrate 86% @ 55 games, 14% of games was eomm queue/losers, D1/Master lobbies, +38/-12)
Plat IV 0LP (winrate 40% @ 60 games, the games on this account are mostly eomm queue, winners/losers, mmr queue is so rare i'm tilted before getting into one, P1/E4 lobbies, +30/-21)
    DIamond II 1LP (winrate 80% @ 48 games, D2/D1 lobbies, +29/-23)
    Gold II (winrate 91% @ 41 games, +38/-12)
    Gold IV (winrate 64% @ 26 games, +38/-12)
There's just no way i'm as good as a master+ player (was chall maybe 1-3y ago) and I'm also at the sametime seemingly "hardstuck" in Plat or have 64 wr in... gold iv whilehaving 86 on e1 or 91 on gold diff acc...
This is literally proof the system is rigged asf.
And i'm not playing 1v9 champ (like riven/aatrox/gragas/rengar), i've did those with champ pool Illaoi (mainly)/Sett/Garen, you have really hard time trying to win with those in losersq.
