    My advice is A if you get a treasure map go and find it the goods you can get are good especially early game. B channeling magic through weapons causes you to use the weapons skill level for bp lp consumption so a warrior can cast powerful spells too I THINK its stronger as well. C make sure you teach proficiencies to multiple characters to get more uses don't be like me and assume you were buying them for everyone... D you will get your you-know-what kicked on occasion in any saga game its almost unavoidable don't loose spirit because of that with some exceptions (like scorn) as long as no one gets lp0 you can try again with no penalty. in fact I recall reading folks did that intentionally to grind glimmers without moving the ER up.

      Also I just found out that these weapons can let you cast forgotten spells like if you use eules staff you can cast both demonology and illusions

    I played this game like 20 years ago... Must of replayed about 8 or 9 times, as each character influences the story differently...
    But there was one, that was the best. The adventure who had a quest for the best sword in the game.
    Looking this up cuz I just noticed the remaster & bought for nostalgia...
    And I may have forgotten some things.

    God, the jewel trick I used to do back on PS2. I went to Lake Malar and then back to Tarmitta not knowing the Estimir Tunnels version of it lmao

    When it comes to Jewel farming you don't have to rest. Just farm jewels as much as you can via Lurk whole the overall skill for it is level 0 and once you're done enter town and unequip the skill you used and equip it again then you can restart the farm indefinitely

    loved this game on the ps2 before and so happy it's on the switch. currently 'stuck' on a grey playthrough looking for mullock. these are great tips! not checking a guide at first may seem counter intuitive but it's fun to discover things (and make mistakes) at first before you optimize with a guide.
    depends on the person i guess but i like how the event ranks system discourages grinding

    Helpful stuff, especially coming back from the PS2 days and my shitty memory lol. Also fuck the guy talking shit about your accent, whatever it may be, it was easily understood. I found it super cool and unique. Good stuff friend.

    The first tip not to use guides is insane when the game has so many different systems that you don't even go into.

    about 20 hours in, and i absolutely hate this game. I can't figure out any of the quests, and every single boss simply nukes me, and i don't stand a chance because there are no decent healing options, and i'm not allowed to grind for levels or money. I try to revisit earlier areas for chests that i missed, but im getting SICK of constantly avoiding enemies, but then getting chained

    Even at 'slow' progress, I pretty much reached end game in my first area. Its not a very good system, although its quite interesting and unique.

    • @hn9174
      @hn9174 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      if you reach the end game in the first area you're clearly are not doing something right only way you can reache the end game in the first area is if you just grind that's literally the only way

      @@hn9174 I went back n forth for a few hours yes. It felt natural, but as it later turned out, it ruined my playthrough.
      Basically, if you find the combat enjoyable, you will be punished for it.

    What button uses the proficiency? I clicked all of them I cannot figure out how to use them

    • @randomgamingchanne5472
      @randomgamingchanne5472  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You have to equip the proficiency via the menu first, then when you get to right situation, a button prompt will pop up. Example: Equipping Climb proficiency, then go to any mountain slope and you will get a button to prompt to climb the slope.

    • @randomgamingchanne5472

      @@drowningin For the Find Treasure one, you need to have a Treasure Map in your inventory (can be randomly obtained after a battle), go to the place that's marked on the map and only then can you do the prompt.
      For the Find Chest one, when you're in a dungeon, you may see chest that looks semi-transparent and you can't interact with it. Only when you find these kind of chest can you use the Find Chest proficient and interact with the chest.

      the game becomes a lot easier even as enemies get harder if you can figure out the mechanics of the game like stun enemies put them to sleep things like that

    Nice guide, not trying to be rude but what's your accent?

    • @randomgamingchanne5472
      @randomgamingchanne5472  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think it's a mixture of my southeastern accent and some specific ways of pronunciation I picked up from movies/youtube clips. I'm just fairly sure it's not my actual accent or otherwise the video would be completely incomprehensible.

    I'm sorry what is that accent of yours? It's hard to understand what you are trying to say! Even your pronounciation suffers from that, like it sounds so off and and unusual.
    Just finished your video, I hardly understood anything and oriented more at the visuals of your video. Try in the future some speaking/recording lessons before uploading anything else again, otherwise people will mock you for this!

      @@oweng4244ctually, yes. I have a hearing comprehension issue. An accent like this, while loud enough to hear, requires some effort from my brain to understand. Even so, with a tiny bit of effort and rewinding, the useful knowledge in this video is available even to me.
