thank you, i legitimately love you for posting this video with all the camera angles editing and everything. i've been trying to nail this track on assetto corsa for a while now, and i was mega confused as to what line people take, and all that. for some reason its kind of weird to try and find camera angles from inside the car irl that arent grainy or old, and all the people who post vids of them driving this track in a sim all wildly flick their 1000hp cars down it with their impossibly unrealistic amounts of grip and other things, i was desperately trying to find something more real like this. the track looks a lot simpler, and fun now after seeing this vid, for some reason i was convinced that everyone was full blasting it down the straight in 3rd, flicking hard af into the wall then somehow flicking away from the wall in an instant, but now i can put this notion to rest hahahaha. again, thank you! i'm hoping if they open the borders for tourism next year... or the year after that... i can head to meihan and try it out in person! lets hope i dont end up crashing the cheap rental
Great video! And also recognizing when to push hard and when not too comes with experience , see a few ppl reck after pushin too hard 🤙🏼 dream track tho
Hi, what are the "drift" specs of the car? Power, weight, rear tyres, pressure? I liked the part where the passenger applaudes, nice driving generally, and as always there's infinite room for improvements as in any other thing but the results even now look pretty good.
@@slpery86 Nice, not so much power and not crazy pressure (4 bar for example), it's not easy to drive. Commonly on the ae86 drift scene the diffs are welded or lsds?
Also so chill and enjoyable Rob, the perfect mix of cars, track action and cruising around Japan.
Thanks man :)
More interesting d1gp and drift formula
I watch with pleasure
Yeah professional drifting these days leaves a lot to be desired
It’s been a while, great upload as always
Yeah man, had a bit going on, thanks very much!
@@slpery86 hope everything is okay chief!
Supercharged Mouse 2 door, what a beast.
So fast! He's always good to watch
@@slpery86 was getting withdrawal from no uploads lately lol, cant wait for the aero on the black trueno.
@@ghostpig8012 haha, got a few lined up! Keen to see the black one with bumpers too
meihan day is a great day! awesome vid bro :)
Cheers yo!
So cool to see the mouse guys going at it at Meihan. Interesting to see this kind of car being driven properly at this track and not an S-body.
Yeah man, very different experience! Mouse boys always good to watch
@@slpery86 agreed! thank you for sharing with us
Its great to have the vids back, always chilled but never boring. The red/purple 2dr was flying!
Cheers man
Man great video. Cannot agree more to chill when you aren’t 100%
Thanks! Yeah, especially at Meihan
Great - really nice
Thank you!
毎回見てまーす👍🤪

Wow, what a awesome video! So cool seeing the trains of 86’s. such amazing drivers!
Cheers man, always a good time watching them drive
@@slpery86 Even you are pulling off some awesome drifts. I would love to see some more in-depth of the way they have setup their cars.
Good watch as always man
Thanks man :)

Yeah man, Meihan bites hard, definitely gotta be aware

Has 134hp, not sure the weight but pretty light, 185/55R14 Kenda on 2.6 bar.
Didn't drive so well that day, Meihan makes me nervous, haha. Thanks!

@@KarolisSiauliai a welded dif is pretty rare here from what I've seen
Do you have an opinion on quick steer racks? Like the one flosi sells?
Don't have any experience with them, not something I would personally use
Random comment but do you know if Asayan from LOOKING is still drifting his 86?
Last I saw it, it was sitting in the corner of his garage collecting dust, hasn't been driven for years but he's still got it
@@slpery86 glad he still has it, it's a legendary car, hopefully he brings it back
Great filming, great driving. Thanks for the upload.
Thank you!
remember driving that Silvia round when you first got it, haha that thing hated traffic too.
Haha, good times
I never got updates of new content wtf TH-cam!
Cool! - " Hey first timers, watch out for the following dangerous bits" haha
Haha exactly!
Good to see a different range of 86 good driving brother 🤙
Cheers man :)

Somehow didn't know you had a YT channel!!! Good stuff!!! I follow you on Insta.
