Let's Make a Seashell Wind Chime

Last night, my youngest sister came over with a bunch of seashells and other fun finds she has been collecting over the years. She wanted to go through them with me and pick out a few special pieces to keep and hand over the rest to me. As a special thank you, I am making her something special...a seashell wind chime.
