Jamie, you could have used toothpicks for whiskers, or just cut the zip ties in half lengthwise to be thinner. I hope I can find the pumpkin pie sign and other pie signs, as well. They are so cute!! Loved what you made. Tysmfs!!

The cat sign was awesome! All I could think of was it looked round like a wreath and unicorns have flowers on them so why not cats?? Like a dark moody version to put on the wall
I love the mask. I think it would have been peeeeerfect if you found some gold glitter long eyelashes with maybe the gold sparkly pipe cleaners as whiskers. 🥰
Kelly Barlow is amazing. Great imagination. Thinks outside the box and really creates some cool stuff with the challenge items. Oh gosh, just saw u unwrap the pencil holder and wooden cat and then say u still have to incorporate cardboard. I live to see the looks on all of your faces when u get the weird stuff. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I can't say enough about the cat mask! It was awesome! You asked if we had any ideas about the whiskers, what about some floral stem wire? Some of it is even thin enough to put some kinks or twists in it. My other favorite was the pencil holder. I really like the fact that you can put water in it and add fresh flowers. I have some green and some spanish moss, so I can add that. I really didn't see the gaps once the flowers were in, though. Those were my two favs, but I really liked them all. Thanks so much for all the inspiration.

Slice the pool noodle down one side to wrap it faster and easier the glue the ends back together when you get it all covered.

I loved the diys. I would have used pipe cleaners or broomstick bristles for whiskers on the cat.
Broom straws would work for cat whiskers. Also raffia soaked in Mod Podge or Elmer’s glue& water.

For the cat whiskers I would’ve took a few pieces of bristles from any broom then paint them white.
