Mr anarchy I really want to get a pc to play dayz as on pc opportunities are limitless however my budget would be only be £500 to £550 and I'm seriously doubting there is a pc for that much that can run modded dayz but that is the limit of my budget. I also know they are cheaper to build one but I'm not that well educated in pc building so I would have to get someone to build it. Is there any pc's u could recommend. Ps love ur vids

I used to play dayz on Xbox played it on console for about 1 and a half years but started to realise how much better dayz is on pc. I had absolutely no clue about gaming PC's until I watched a few Linus tech tips videos on how to build a gaming pc. It is soo much easier than you would think. Also I recon its cheaper to build your own than buy one already built. The 2 things you need that will cost the most is the graphics card and the processor. Feel free to ask anymore questions you may have
The cherno apartments is good until the building doesn’t render in when someone is walking by . Or when the server restarts while someone is near by , and they restart the app
They still are, given that the DayZ playerbase is a lot bigger than my channel viewerbase. You can also use it in reverse and look in these spots for hidden bases :)
If you’re sorting by new, one thing to keep in mind is that you need to setup a flag (at least on HH). I’d make sure your territory flag be stuck in a nearby tree with a green flag so as to be discreet as possible. You’ll have a big ol tell tale pile of rocks but it’s the price you pay. Another issue is some of these bridges have larger streams and will keep you wet and cold if you’re not careful. Scout out your preferred bridge first because you may need to build a floor if you’d like to stay dry. Happy hunting friendos.
To bad on console it takes like a whole min to render everything lol I built my base in the same building as you above bolata and I found 2 bases just cuz of the rendering.
@@MVPHILLY1 it happens on pc as well. I still have render issues where I can see all around me from few moments before it renders allowing me to see bases and crates that are not buried. My pc is considerably more powerful than your ps5. It is what it is.
The small flats that have furniture blocking the stairs are good. They're pretty common on Namalsk but there are some on Chernarus. If you jump right you can get over the rubbish and up to the top where there is room for a couple of storage boxes. No one ever bothers to try and get over the rubbish blocking the stairs because you have to do it just right to be able to.
@@japreet_kah They are just the smaller sized apartment blocks. There are several in the big city in Namalsk. You'll know them when you go in the main doors and up the stairs but they are blocked by a pile of furniture. With a few jumps you can get on the hand rail crouching and get over the furniture and up the stairs. You have to be careful as the rails above the furniture aren't physical and you can go through them and fall down the stairwell. At the top there is enough flat area for some chests and lockers. No one can seen them from the bottom though if they look up and unless you now that you can get over the furniture by jumping just the right way you can't get up there.
Good stuff. Now im just gonna wait a few weeks and most people will forget about these areas ( unless alot of people start building in these areas lol) but honestly gave me ideas to look all over the map for crazy hidden locations. Im sure there are 100s more hidden areas GGs bruv love the YT. You and pickle are awesome and funny as hell love the content with you both
4 months later and people are still checking a few of these spots for bases! Especially the flats. I have been successful in hiding a base at milk mountain though. Maybe the people on my server just dont know how to get to that crevice without falling off the cliff.
I was playing with a friend I found on a server, and we played for like a month before he told me he had a base tucked away in the woods that was absolutely stacked. He hid it very well
So I watched this, and decided to go check the hidden hillside locale east of Cherno.on my favorite server...and found a base, sort of. Actually just a few crates. Fortunately for the owner of the loot, he had nothing in them that I wanted, so I just left it alone. But thanks for sharing that info.
the flats suggestion is golden, you could have dozens of bases there and unless someone is really dedicated to checking every flat you should be fine if one is discovered. that has to be my favorite idea.

Really love your videos. Been watching for a long time! Love the game, had it when the game first came out on PC, moved onto Xbox these days and sadly the game dont feel the same on xbox, real shame as I was looking forward to playing again. Will still watch your work, keep up the great work!!

But... there are much better base locations on Chernarus for sure ;-) And yes, i won't share them ofcourse, because i use the baselocation for almost 6yrs and its still a badass location to build. It only depens on the serverrules on what kind of locations you're able to build a base, right
:D I love building under the little stone bridge at Rogovo, there is only one house next to it and most people just ignore it! I like have little one square bases, stops be being a loot goblin and they're just generally harder to spot. I think we all needed this video especially with the wipe! Going to be lots of busy builders over the coming days.
I think nezar found one of this hidden bases in one of his videos by accident. Its easy to raid though you can maximize maybe the defence inside and traps outside imo
Yeah the hidden bases are only meant to be temporary, good little spots to keep stashes too so when you die you can quickly go back and grab some gear :)
But man the base under a bridge at first glance without an experienced eyes its not easy to spot and possibly could last very long too. As ive seen in most vids as long as no-one saw ypu going in and out of the bridge base you are virtually invisible. Ive been watching these kind of stuffs on youtube for research purposes. Hello mate I just want too say I follow a hell of a lot of DAYZ creators but your my favourite by far always leave you till last for some reason but you the only one I watch on full screen on my pad and literally get excited every time I see an update 🇬🇧💥
Similar to the apartment buildings, there are lots of tall buildings in the in the industrial area of Cherno, including ones with custom ladders. There's almost no loot, so only snipers ever go up them, or parkour people like myself. I've had an undiscovered unlocked base for over a week, 5 tents, 2 barrels, 8 crates.
Hey, love your vids. I was wondering if you could tell me if you can build these bases, specially the under the bridge bases, on servers that aren't modded? Just with a regular gate. Because I feel like you can't but I'm not sure.
Anarchy. You must have trolls online watching your videos. As every time you set up a base, within 2 days you have hassles, and peeps wanting to raid.. In some respects it feeds game play and interesting videos. In other instances, some people are out to p!ss on your fire whilst you are streaming or recording. If you can deal with both.. All good and it is fun watching you.

Yeah that's one of the risks that you take, but if you log of in your base you'll just log in behind their walls and can deconstruct it. To be honest we've never had that issue and i've had a good few bases in the apartments

Im an OG of the dam base since arma 2. On cherno you can find one at the most north part of the map, no one ever treks 12+ km up that way for a lake. Never got raided or spotted.
@@AnarchyIHDI that was the one. On a modded server i played on there was a military camp 1km away and it being so far north no one ever went there. I used to camp it on a hill and wait for heli's to land and take fully geared squads to the grave.
What about clothes getting damp? I play console so I probably can't do this but I have a base right there in that barn, if I can build there ill use the bard as a distraction

Not having the game yet, I gotta ask: what mode is that, that you use to scan the landscape and teleport your player? Is it a game mode of sorts? I thought all playing had to be on servers.
This video was made before flagpoles were introduced to the game, however you don't ever need a flagpole to create a base unless a modded server has that on their server
hiding stuff in forest works but ya gotta make it far from landmarks and player spawns. There are unmarked pond and lake locations, perfect for fishing and purifying water. Take out the fuel from extinguished flames to remove the glow of the embers.
I can't say the flats if a good idea pal. I build in the flats and it was like 10 doors untill the top but Russians glitched to the top with 2 car doors and tool the doors down from inside

your coordinates don't seem to match up with the izurvive coordinates. how do i figure that out?
