Ingredients:
1 Kg minced beef (Keema)
1 Medium sized onion (Diced/Cut)
3 Garlic cloves (chopped
1 Tablespoon of bread crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of garam masala
1 Teaspoon of salt
3 Tablespoons of cooking oil
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon of plain flour
2 Cups of cooking oil
1/2 Cup of cooking oil
3 Large onions (In paste form)
2 Pieces of bay leaves
6 Pieces of cardamom
5 Small pieces of cinnamon
3 Medium sized tomatoes (In paste form)
1/2 Tablespoon of turmeric powder
1/2 Tablespoon of chilli powder
1/2 Tablespoon of coriander powder
1/2 Tablespoon of garam masala
1/2 Tablespoon of cumin powder
1 Frozen cube of ginger
1 Frozen cube of garlic
1 Tablespoon of mango pickle
1 And 1/2 tablespoons of tamarind sauce
5 Red chillies
1/2 Tablespoon of plain yogurt
1/2 Tablespoon of paprika powder
1 Teaspoon of salt
2 Cups of boiling water
