China has sent 200 vessels near a Philippines'-controlled reef in the disputed South China Sea. Manila has had a warship stationed in the region since 1999, staking claim on the reef. Beijing, which also lays a claim on the island has in recent months targeted ships from Manila. While China is escalating tensions, Philippines is pushing for a dialogue. Palki Sharma tells you more.
