I listened to it one time and I was like "okay sis I did not feel a thing up until my heart chakra which makes sense, because brain needs some time to adjust, start receiving, etc". So I listened 2nd time. And by the end of it I was feeling pure BLISS, and I was like "my soul is starving for it". So now I'm listening 3rd time in a row, and I feel soooo much better. I literally feel my chakras vibrating and I feel like my vibrations just went uuup high.

That was amazing ! I had to get up and move for the first three~turn on the heat for my heart~ felt the throat vibrate & sang backup~ my mouth dropped open for my 3rd eye & insta meditated~and I could feel my crown gently expanding, circling.

These frequencies remind me of my grandmother’s wind chimes. They always calmed me, gently ringing in the afternoon breeze. Maybe that’s why I find this extra calming 🙏❤️

i ahve found this to be very relaxing and peaceful and i really enjoy the grounding and centering energy it brings.in a relaxed state this can do so much if you allow it to.it takes deep concentration but the benefits are you aura is much more relaxed.glad i did this for sure.
