    This was absolutely fantastic. I am going to add these moves on top of some other yoga moves I have been learning to do. I so hope this helps bring health to my body. I suffer so much joint pain and fatigue. So yeah. I know nutrition plays an enormous part in balancing hormones and I am working on that but I need something else. Thank you. I will check out your insomnia video.

    Hi Dear Deborah! Thanks so much for sharing so many of your videos with us. I no longer get Channel one as I gave up my TV in favor of Netflix. Now...you have to get yourself a Netflix channel!

    This is my favourite one out of all of them. It seems we are the same age, if you were 49 in 2014 when your yoga series came out. I will be turning 56 this year, and I have not yet reached menopause but I think it will happen soon. I also have PMR so morning stiffness and pain is a part of my condition, but for the last 6 months I have also experienced low back pain in the morning just before waking up. I am wondering if it is connected to peri-menopause. The chronic low energy is also as a result of my medical condition, but it can also be a peri-menopause symptom as well. Not being as sharp mentally, as Susan put it, is also an issue. I don’t have hot flashes yet.

    I did your video one time and tore the tendon in my knee. And I was being extra careful about any movements as my knee has limited mobility. 😞

    I suffer from cronic vertigo. Can not lay my head flat. Can I prop my head during these poses? Warmest Regards
