I'm like Rachel Ray, I hate baking, but I love making foods with my Ninja food processor , the only thing I'm good at is home made Pizza. I'm a retired day care worker, and do monthly activities with my 10 yr old nephew. I would mix chopped walnuts with the cinnamon mixture, and make them a little smaller. . and a cup of hot chocolate. 😊when I make my lesson plans this coming week. I will ask him if likes making this with me. I have all the ingredients.
I never use it before for my recipes, it's acidic powder to mix with the flour. Per cup of flour use 1 tsp of bread improver. We can use natural fresh orange juice too, substitute the liquid in the recipe with orange juice.

I finished all 6 in one sitting. Yikes 😅 Well that’s what happens when you have no self control. Cheers everyone! You can proof for 15 - 30 minutes. While we braid the rest, the earlier twisted dough gets rest and expands.

Did the bread have a second rise on the trays? The braids looked bigger when you put the egg wash on. Thanks.
While we braid the rest, the earlier braided dough gets to rest and expands. You can proof them for 15 - 30 minutes before egg wash.
