- Hello, and welcome to my channel! This video includes both slow and fast scratching on a salt lamp. The first half of the video is slow scratching with the lamp light off, while the second half is fast scratching with the lamp light on.
Disclaimer: The style of my ASMR tends to be fast and/or aggressive. This style of ASMR may be loud for some. I recommend adjusting your volume accordingly, especially if you are wearing headphones.
Slow scratching is from 0:01-14:04
Fast scratching is from 14:05-30:20

Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

I'm really curious about the taste of salt lamps. Like is it actually salty? Or does it just taste like a rock?

Cyber Owl I got a salt lamp not long ago and I licked it and it tasted so salty
It definitely tastes salty! My friend who hikes in the desert will carry a small salt rock in her pack and lick it to help stay hydrated in the heat!
