Respect man. Everything needs the star to align. Glad that your investor/biz partner never play you out and of course, your hard work. So for existing business owners and anyone deciding to run a business with a partner. Just know that trust is the most useless currency in the business world. And as always, what's watch what they do and not what they say.

Nbcb’s patty texturally feels more bound tgt, similar to how meatballs r bound. Shake shack or Omakase burger on the other hand do more loosely packed patties hence a more crumbly texture. Depends on personal preference really.
