@@imtenten1010 died on this a ton and didn't understand why. think this should've been in the video. his spin attack with red ground is easy to dodge, but he does a second one that doesn't have a red circle that he can slam after that you just have to watch for the wind-up animation cause he'll stagger lock you if he hits you once
Also a big game changer, if you have no pre team : group finder I would always go for the group which has "chill, calm..." in the group description and avoid "fast fast fast" or "know mechanics" If you aplly to a team which prefers to have a calm playstyle and chat, you're able to communicate, even if wiped several times. People might not know some mechanics, but that dosnt matter, cause you can write in chat and explain them. This is 100 times better than some guys who just wanna do it fast fast fast, also might not know some mechanics, but instead of beeing able to communicate then or write and discuss in a group, they will rush and spawn ping. Avoid this by picking calm description groups. It may take more time then to finish, but you will learn more about game mechanics and teamplay. Also with nice and smart random poeple, chances are higher to convince them to get engravings at the end for minimum bid.
honestly i've had the toughest raids ever from the Group Finder. The best raids I've ever done are from matchmaking, the people are way higher level and always know the mechanic
I don't know if this is true for all runs or not but on the first boss if anyone got hit by the Spinning move inside the circle which didn't have a red indicator it would result in a full team wipe (or at least massive damage that almost results in a full wipe). Just thought i would mention it since i didn't see anything about this in the video.
He lets out a roar as an indicator. You may confuse it to the roar he does before attacking directly infront, but there's little harm walking out just to be sure.

Finished this today, it felt like a nightmare, got carried in the last phase. Due to this guide, I managed to beat 1st boss without issue. The last boss has so much crap on the screen, that it is easily confusing.

It does properly display. There’s just 2 types of spins, there’s the one with the red indicator, and one where he roars and cocks his left arm back. If the party gets hit by that one it causes a wipe.

Same haha Thought we were really bad or something, it's comforting to hear that others struggled too. Damage from Albion's normal attacks kept accumulating, couldn't dodge it all due to animation locks. Our support was struggling too.
For those who dont bring whirlwind grenades for the stagger, i hope you fail all your honings and success only the pity ones! I wasted so many pots and grenades because some t3 players still dont know how to stagger!
He doesn't explain the star bit properly. If you choose the wrong star you get wiped. Look at the star, each star has a different number of spikes, you need to go to the safe zone with the star that has the same number of spikes as the star on his back. So If the star has 4 points on his back, find a safe zone with a star with four spikes or two lines.

The first boss is a prime example of a shit design without thought... 2 types of spin, 1 with red circle and 1 without. the one without wipes you as long as you're within a range that is not stipulated by a red circle/radius/any fking indication. you walk too far out, you get killed by fire. you stand to close you get wiped. you basically need a gunlancer shield to survive this shit. Devs need to start using their brains a little.
Either they did a change to the first boss or then you left the most important thing out which is the megaslam after the spin attack which will cause death most of the cases. So you should prepare with a stop potion for example. I did this raid with like 20 different groups and ended up dueling the boss every single time as rest of the team got wiped by the slam.
Excatly, the smah AOE is the biggest problem, youtube really need to bring thumb down back, now I cant tell if a video is good or not even it has many views.
That just literally doesn't make any sense what so ever. You can step out, step back in and use it. If there is a team wipe mechanic, you are not causing it. And you are surviving it.
The "megaslam" only happens if someone gets hit by the spin attack. In that situation either use a shield/stopwatch or ask your support to save their ult for that moment and that's it. The video should have mentioned this however I'd rather be thankful for all the rest that's on it ☺️

Isle? You mean inslands? Por wat exaclty? The only focus is reach your main to t3 and one alter too, the rest is just enjoyer stuffs like, portals, world bosses and ghostships, thats it, just do chaos, abyss and if you like to collects things go for mokokos xD

Nah, I found that dragon to be harder than anything in Alaric. It's def doable, I went in with a party of 4 doing dungeon for first time and we easily killed first boss, he was a joke and then wiped for 1 hr on dragon boss til we got it. Biggest issue is just her mechanics are random, there's no "ok she's approaching 20 bars, prepare for stagger check" Nope, stagger check mechanic happened at 18 bars one game then 23 bars on next etc, it's very annoying. If you don't pass stagger check you might as well restart cuz she'll be 1 shotting you after 2 minutes.
@@knifetoucher the hard part is telling the mechanics to clueless party member and someone always want to quit after 3-5 fail. With proper teammate alaric is definitely easier
@@chargingloose6844 You were probably super lucky on the mechanics. If 1 player dies and it does the thing where grp has to stack in 1 area or grp wipes, it'll wipe because it needs 4 people there to not trigger the wipe. If 1 person dies and it does that mechanic, you're done.
I have actually been very frustrated with this game. There are too many flaws in the game that have no excuse for existing as long as they have. Also lots of info (not these videos) is inaccurate. Things like material funneling between alts. The majority of materials that need funneling can't be funneled. Things like leap stones. For the other bugs. The domination stat has no affect in the game. Expertise has no affect on your stagger damage. Then the dismantle system is obviously poorly implemented but it just highlights how little attention the developer pays to whether or not the product is working other than making money.

Jump out for the spin attack, then jump in and press STOP POTION so you don't take any damage from the aoe spell.

1st boss would've been easy if it was properly displaying attacks, for 20th time i was caught in spin out of nowhere.

this guy leaves out a lot of mechanics. I’ve watched atleast 2-3 abyss videos and I’ve seen a few important mechanics left out.

Last boss is so random, it's either you have a team with enough damage to succeed stagger phase, or just quit raid and start all over again...

Thats cuz your timestop potion activates his teamwipe and your team doesn't use timestop. So in short youre killing them

yeah it looks but its not the boss has a block mechanic for some reason and it can absorb all your awakening skill or major dps most of the time
