While it's a concern, still rather absurd & revealing when those bear cubs & this dubious incident provided inordinate attention, consideration, protection, & response that's been neglected for me, an honorable US Navy retiree & deserving veteran, never provided any protection, support, & representation while enduring decades of injuries & injustice from malevolence, negligence, civil, criminal, & human rights violations with atrocity happening while further endangered amid Veteran Exploitation Industrial Complex. No response or investigation, much less pursue due process & impose accountability but coverup, obstruct, retaliate, terrorize, harm, & further violate. Further reveals ethic & morals of people across USA. While further encroach & eradicate wilderness will enhance risks that make such innocent encounters inevitable, along with requiring sanctuary, rehab, & recovery facilities else pseudo-zoo organizations being established that need beware whether dubious NGOs exploit & perpetuate situation much less ever resolve causes, so in regard for all that & else, those people intended no harm or violations, those involved were dutiful & respectful, provided advice & provide caution all that was needed for this not extreme enforcement. That's just & considerate all around, everybody's protected, aware, & respected even the critters although alludes to the paramount matters with this. Imma sure didn't intend harm or violate, beside cubs are irresistably cute, though still require precaution when among wilderness environment. Unsure about fence & location, whether this incident was at a rehab facility or residence area as somehow among places getting further into remote areas while encroaching upon & eradicating wilderness, so these encounters & incidents will happen, as evident by the rehab, recovery, & sanctuary facilities becoming prevalent as the intrusion & eradication of habitat. Definitely not preservation or mitigation, else conserve, manage, & protect much as possible, but that doesn't entail totalitarian enforcement or make a bad example of an harmless encounter, but advise, cooperate, prevent, ... fortunately everybody's respectful, respected, & wiser of bear necessities.
