I am PRAGATI study in class 8 I had started watching your videos from 1 month and I see many changes in my life

It's took me 4-5 year to understand the only few things of life ,,,, now i am very much understandable to life not fully but yes i get some basic ,,, and my research is still going on .
I was 13 year old since i am watching SM videos ,,, starting mein toh sirf maja aata tha sir ki video dekhne mein ,,, but jese jese smj gheri hoti gyi mein life ko smj ne laga ,,,,, now i am watching again all the videos of SM sir ,,, and this time my level of understand thing is very much higher ,,, now i am understanding very clear where he is talking the serious matter and where is time passing ( don't be rude on me ) ,,,, so i wish all of you to understand the life ,,, few points can i write on that basis u can easily differenciates between the real life and materialistic life
1. Try to understand the thing on the behalf of reality ( that can't be questioned ) not on your belif
2. The source of happiness for me is now is
• i am alive
• i can not make other happy
3. Don't say ( after when u understand the something ) i know this thing ,,, alway say i dont know anything

Ok i was find for peace of mind or happiness for last many year , i watch every video of sandeep maheswari and sadhguru but on the temporary basis i was able to achieve state of happiness after some time again same cycle of down and up fall in my mind beigins because i was craving for knowledge , i was thinking how much knowlegde will you gather that much you will free
But Now i understand that unil you are not able to pay attention ( conscious , awareness ) what ever you call it , nothing going to change
First step much be to hold your attention then the role of knowlegde come.
I was like gathering knowlegde and knowlegde and knowlegde but did't hold my attention on .

Mein pichle kuch dino se dyan ke bare mein research kr rha tha , mujhe ek din realise hua , mein itne dino se itna tarah tarah ka gyan apne andar daal rha hu lekin phir bhi mein jada time tk kuch kyu nhi rh pa rha , har roj sandeep sir and sadhguru video dekh rha hu phir bhi kuch time tk kuch rh pata hu lekin bad mein back to normal ho jata hau , fir mujhe samaj aaya mein kuch missing kr rha hu .
Aur woh missing chez hai DYAN. Mera dyan kisi bhi cheez per jada samay tk tik ta hi nhi , fir mene dyan ke upper research ki ,fir mene 2 din ke andar 3-4 bar hi ki hogi basic breathe exercise ( kriya yog + sound of silence )woh sirf 7-8 min tk .
3rd din se hi mujhe aapne aap sab kuch samaj aane laga , mujhe saf saf dikhne laga ki mera maan kis tarah se mujhe pe havi hua beta hai.
Ye maan aap pe is tarah ke jaal bunta hai ki aap pocho mat , lekin dyan ki madat se mene kuch time ke liye apne maan ki maya se bahar aaya , mujhe sab kuch clear dikhai dene laga , ab jab bhi man mera kuch kalastani krta hai mujhe voh dikhna suru ho gya hai .
Ab mein dyan krke maan ki maya ko samaj ne ki kosis kruga aur apne aap ko mayajal se bahar nikaluga .
Aaj 7 june 2020 ko ye mein lik rha hu.
