I remember her first big tournament in the US in 2003. She played so great, but in the finals of the last game she miscued on the 8 ball and missed. Her opponent also missed twice in that game. Then Kim made the 8, and missed on the 9 again. She was so nervous she took a break and put her hands on her heart. After missing the 9 ball and looked like she was going to pass out. Before the final game she was playing very solid and without emotion. But that tournament she came to the US the first time and she was alone and didn't know anybody. She was down to her last $500. She really needed to win some money.
