Most 40 year old cars classic cars do less than 100 miles a year some not even used I think that's why plus your allowed black and white number plates I don't think the ulez camera will even pick them up

Continual failure to pay results in multiple penalty notices in the post. After that, im unsure of what exactly happens next, but generally failure to respond normally involves escalation in the form of a final warning and a hefty fine, and if that's ignored then I'd imagine the Ballifs come knocking to recover what's due.
