Cruise control on a 70 Mopar with a stick, that's gotta be rare. Beautiful ride.

Old school here, I got to drive a 70 440 six pack cuda when it was about 9 years old, my neighbor down the street, many kinds of race cars, he had been through this car himself and he told me he figured it was making a little over 600 hp. I had owned a few big block cars, the torque on this thing was crazy stump pulling from idol, it was a stick, you could be in second gear at 20 mi an hour, the slightest touch of the pedal smoke them off.

The Plymouth Barracuda was completely redesigned for the 1970 model years and the first thing Chrysler engineers did was make the engine bay big enough for the 440 and 426 Hemi V8s. Before that only a few dealerships were putting the big block V8s in the first gen Cudas. Dealerships like Mr. Norms converted cudas for NHRA drag racing and for the public for a price. Plymouth realized if they wanted to sell more second generations they needed to make the big blocks available from the factory. The sad thing is by 1970 muscle car sales were falling because of insurance prices. That's why so few Hemi and 440 Cudas exist. It's basically like a unicorn you're driving there. I think only a few hundred were ever made.

My favourite car ever. Green. Nothing matches the grill and taillights on this car.

Plymouth called it 6- Barrel, Dodge called it a Six-Pack.

Beautiful car. Trunk floor has been replaced, they didn't cut out the shock bolt holes. No biggie, just saying.

Beautiful car, driver's door needs to be aligned better tho....for this kind of money, gaps should be impeccable.

Yeah but that's how Plymouth built them in the 70s. Quality control wasn't the best for Chrysler back than compared to GM and Ford. Every Mopar from this era has big gaps in the panels and cheap plastic interiors. They put all the money into the drivetrains and suspensions. Hey it's a Plymouth and no one's complaining about the sloppy workmanship.

When you sell the an American classic it'll help big if you don't talk during the test drive. V8 rumble like this sells itself. Don't do that yakety yak, yeap, yeap, yeap. Just keep quiet and let the car do the talk.
