What would we write in our Visa application if I have not finalised my living arrangement but will do that once I land in UK, I was aiming to rent out a flat.

I have hit a roadblock with my accommodation where my guarantor's application was rejected. And I am willing to pay the full rent amount upfront but I need that money for the proof of funds for Visa which will take 28-30 days. What do you think I should do? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I have a few queries. On a tier 4 student visa - student are allowed to work 20 hours school time and more during breaks, right ?
I applied for East Sussex college and during their compliance meeting( pre CAS) they strictly said that I wont be allowed to do so. I'm really disappointed now. If you could advise me upon this matter, I would appreciate. thank you and keep doing the great job.
What was their reason of not allowing you to work?

I believe that a student tier 4 visa should allow students to work up to 20 hrs.

depends on accommodation. most of them allow one more individual if you have studio room.
Hello jahnadeep. Your videos are very helpful. Actually am planning for MSC in digital marketing from uk after my graduation. Currently am in my 3rd year of BBA course in India . Which intake should I go for September or January because I don't want to wait till January it's a long wait after my graduation but my graduation will complete in June 2023.Do you think I will be able to complete my application for September or not? Should I go for September intake in that case because I don't want to wait for September 2024 it's too long .
I think September 2023 should be feasible for you to apply

Please say about contract… how should we book ? For 6 months or for a year ? For xmpl : if we book for 6 months can we cancel it after staying for 2 months ,if we don’t like the accommodation !!
You need to give 1 month notice before terminating your contract.
Bro you can book via link in description. Different accommodation have different cancellation policy but usually it would be 1 month notice period.
