Nope, totally missed it as I wasn't into flying games at the time. Nowadays though, this looks like it's right down my alley. Picking it up soon & hoping Sony keeps releasing these hidden gems I missed out on, back in the olden times👍
Thanks! I spent a thousand hours in my PS2 but I never owned this game. It looks fun, but a pain to control the camera and movement😅.
I love that Sony is bringing more PS2 games though, it makes Premium worth it.

How's the frame rate? It actually looks solid and steady in your video, I have the original and it chugs to almost unplayable levels. Also, are the visuals actually improved a bit? It kind of looks that way.
Nope the visuals have not changed, the frame rate is solid 60 no frame freezes or anything like that
Not, sure on the looks never have played this game but I believe it maybe is 60fps! But the game played really well!
@@ckhtiger PS1 games like Ape Escape do really benefit from bright colors and better resolution, it feels like a "remaster" of some sort, but PS2 games look very much the same, besides the 1080 output. There are filters you can also use in the menu to change how it looks.
