This was the perfect song choice for this. The song itself is about the regret you feel after losing sight of God, but this video takes that, and applies it to Vader losing Padme. I also love the use of the line "I don't wanna sleep, I don't wanna dream" since I don't think Vader ever slept after being burned on Mustafar, because when he tried to, all he'd see is Padme, so he never slept until he found out Luke was his son, because he wanted to dream so he'd figure out how Padme gave birth and what he missed and what other lies Palpatine was telling him.
